- How much does your service cost?
That depends on how your document design and features.
A standard job will cost $480. It is for typical diploma/certificate
size, a single seal, signatures, and reasonable amount of
graphic work. Some oversize prints, complicated graphic design (like
diplome issued in France) or multiply layers of printing, like Montreal
diploma, involve much
more effort. Cost will certainly go up.
- Does
rework cost anything, or any hidden charge?
You
can have a look at our ordering flow chart, there are two check points
(1st Print and Final Print). If you are not satisfied, you can request
a rework and it is FREE. There is no hidden charge.
- Exactly how long does it take to finish a
project?
Generally speaking, our target is about 14 days, but it is not a
guarantee specially we need your approval on the first print, and final
print. If it is not good, we need to rework. Expedite service is
available for extra fee.
- Can you print it exactly like the original
diploma?
Yes we do exact replica diploma and you can see it before final
payment. There might be some aspects we can't replica exactly due to
the limitation on the original resolution (complexity of
graphic), cost effective, or production feasibility but we will
arise out before we start the project.
Do you need our guarantee? You can see and have the product before you
make the final payment. That is the guarantee. It is the best deal you
can find and we don't think anyone could do that.
- Will you do oversea school?
We do as long as we have the template or you provide a scan.
- What currency do you take?
We take Euro, Pound sterling, and USD. Our price list on here
is USD, but you can send any currency equivalent of that amount.
- What is the payment options?
Several options are available and be confirmed by the time of ordering.
Yes. We ship all over the world. Middle East, Africa,
Eastern Europe, and some other countries might cost extra $25.
- How do you ship the package?
We use UPS/DHL/Fedex. The package will not have our company name on it.
- Can you give us a discount?
A short
answer is No. If you don't have enough money, we recommend you to
purchase
our in stock diploma/transcript, which is much cheaper than starting
from
scratch.
- Why don't you reply my email?
Vague email won't be answered. Please be specific, and don't
tell us your "story".
